Required Skills & Experience
- Lead and manage high-impact projects within our esteemed engineering department, steering staffing decisions, budget allocations, and project milestones to successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with our elite engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Champion effective communication channels for engineering changes, ensuring our internal stakeholders are always informed and engaged.
- Provide invaluable support to engineering development initiatives, driving the creation of vital Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), while spearheading cross-functional teams to achieve project closure milestones, including rigorous Lot Acceptance testing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between our Engineering Development Team and the Program Office, offering real-time program status updates and adeptly resolving any challenges that arise.
- Uphold our department and program goals with unwavering dedication, ensuring that every milestone is met and exceeded.
- Engage directly with our esteemed customers through compelling presentations, technical interchange meetings, and other bespoke communication channels, establishing our team as the go-to experts in the field.
- Showcase the remarkable progress of our engineering group in program reviews and monthly reports, underscoring our commitment to excellence.
- Strategically assign specific job tasks to our talented engineers and teams, monitoring progress with precision to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate closely with systems engineering experts to discern and address technical requirements with finesse.
- Harness the power of Sparton policies and procedures to deliver exceptional results, while inspiring our team to embrace and uphold these standards with pride.
