Program Director (Mid-Sr./Bilingual/MSW Degree)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spanish speaking Program Director to join their nonprofit family services firm in Des Plaines, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, a passion for working with children, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of services to children and families, ensuring the highest quality of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of services to children and families.
• Serve as a case manager for 5-15 children/families at a time.
• Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to enhance program effectiveness.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to program staff.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance and outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must be bilingual (Spanish).
• Must have a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Previous experience working in a nonprofit setting.
• Mid to senior-level experience in social work.
• Extensive background working with children.
• Strong case management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Des Plaines.
