Are you a Security Engineer that comes from an Extensive Network and Infrastructure background? This Solar Panel Manufacturing Start-up based out of Colombus, Ohio has been making waves in the Renewable Energy Space. This organization already has ties with two of the largest Solar Panel Distributors in the world. The company has been rapidly growing, and naturally needs to expand their internal technical team. They’re looking to hire a Full-Time, Permanent Network Security Engineer. This person will be focusing on both expanding and securing the network.
The right person for the Network Security Engineer position will need to have a strong networking background knowledge routing, switching, and protocols as you’ll be a backup to the Senior Network Engineer. You’ll be working with them collaboratively on both building and securing. This person needs to have extensive experience with firewalls and supporting VPNs in their complex environment. As a Cisco shop, they have a pretty extensive Wireless environment. From a SecOps perspective, you’ll also be responsible for L3 Incident Response escalation and working with third parties on compliance reviews. This is a great opportunity for a Network and Security generalist who enjoys building and expanding within a hot industry!

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of Networking/Infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of Routers, Switches, and Protocols
- Extensive experience with Cisco Firewalls, ASAs
- Wireless and VPN
- Incident Response L3 & working with Third Parties
- Proxies and Gateways
- NIST Framework knowledge
- Conducting Compliance Reviews and Audits
