Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound (Remote)

Our client is looking for a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound for a 6-month contract in and will be working remotely.

Contract Duration: 6 Months Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
• Ability to use Computers and programs like MS Word, Excel, Online Meeting and Chat applications etc.

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

• Handles incoming calls and places outbound calls regarding account payment status and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.
