A Scientific company in the Chester County are is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to work on a mix of Servers and Support. As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support and maintain this client's IT infrastructure.   • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Assist in managing backups, disaster recovery plans, and system security measures.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration roles is preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
