Data Scientist (Energy Markets)

A provided of market monitoring, customer software solutions, and natural energy support is seeking a Data Scientist to assist their energy market analytics. The responsibilities in their role include the design, creation, and utilization of databases to analyze market data. Additionally, identifying potential improvements in market design for analytical purposes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Python code for visualize and market analytics
• Developing dashboards with the use of Excel and PowerBI
• Identify and recommend changes to existing software and analysis processes
• Effective communication
• Ability to utilize data analysis software
• Collaborate with analysts and market experts

Experience

• Bachelors and/or Masters in Economics, Data Science, or related field
• 3 or more years experience with Python, Pandas, SAS, and SQL
