We are hiring for a Data Engineering Lead who will be responsible for leading the expansion and optimization of the firm’s data and data pipeline architecture as well as data flow and collection. Additionally, you will be ensuring the integrity of all data from source systems into the data warehouse, and data provided to our ETL processes. You will define and create data architectures that support the requirements of the business, develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets, and develop processes for data modeling, mining and production.

Reporting to our branch office in Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid 2-3 Days), you’ll have a chance to work on a tech-forward, fast moving, and dedicated team with some of the best minds in Tech/IT & Law.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8 yrs. of experience in data disciplines including data integration, modeling, optimization and data quality, data engineering
  • Needs prior experience working for a Law Firm
  • Exp. In designing, building and managing data pipelines for data structures
  • Exp. With advanced analytics tools for Object-oriented/object function scripting, including C#, Python and others
  • Exp. SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS and SSAS
  • Knowledge of a non-relational database: NoSQL/Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc…
  • Exp. With BI software tools: Tableau, Power BI, etc…
  • Exp. Employing MDM (Master Data Management) and MDS
  • Exp. Developing ETL using Alteryx/Intapp
