Job Description A fast-growing startup operating within the industrial safety space is looking for a Head of Customer Success to join their team. Currently, the company provides AI/ML software to help prevent accidents from occurring in the workplace.
This individual will be responsible for a leading a team, managing customer relationships, and developing new strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success
  • 2+ year of managing team
  • Experience in the B2B space
  • Strong communication and oral skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience working within the industrial space is a plus
