Senior SEC Reporting Analyst

A company in the medical research space is currently looking for a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst to add to their growing team. This position offers significant exposure and ample opportunities for future career growth. As the Senior SEC Reporting Analyst reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Accounting, you will be responsible for all facets of internal and external financial reporting, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, earnings releases, and proxy statement filings.
You will collaborate closely with various departments such as Investor Relations, Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Stock Administration, and Legal, providing a broad and deep understanding of the company's operations essential for career advancement.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly motivated, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Required Skills & Experience

• Currently active CPA license
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• At least 3 years of public accounting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working at one of the Big 4 accounting firms
• Active Disclosure expeirence
