MES Solutions Architect/GE Proficy

A growing manufacturing company is looking to hire a MES Solutions Architect to manage their GE Proficy suite of systems. In this role, you will be responsible for strategy and execution of projects regarding their MES systems. These systems are in the GE Proficy suite, specifically Plant Applications and Historian. They are also looking for someone who has experience with SSRS reporting, execution experience with MES bolt on solutions, and PARCview exposure. Any past scripting or development experience is a plus.
You will be the SME for the MES and will be driving initiatives and working with other parts of the business to hit objectives. This role involves 50% travel to East Coast manufacturing centers, so you must be open to travel. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems
• 3+ Years Experience with GE MES (Proficy Plant Applications, Historian)
• Knowledge of OPC Servers
• SSRS Reporting Expertise
• ERP Integration Experience
• Analytic Experience in PARCview
• Ability to travel 50% of time

Desired Skills & Experience

• Scripting or Development Experience
• Windows or Citrix Background
