The largest and most recognized company within the enetertainment industry for live events and online ticketing is urgently seeking a Full-time Sr. Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst to work Hybrid in thier Los Angelas offce. 

Job Description:
  • Engage and actively participate in ongoing Oracle Cloud implementation project with the Deloitte and Live Nation teams.
  • Support assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
  • Partner with customers’ business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle – requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead and/or participate in gathering of business requirements and translating them into implementable solutions in Oracle Fusion GL, AP, AR and AHCS and in Oracle EPM- ARCS and EDM
  • Review and/or write a clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Cloud Financials applications including FBDI source to target data mapping, configuration and integrations.
  • Work closely with technical team on designing and building extensions to support required interfaces to and from Oracle ERP and Oracle EDM.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of test scripts, execute test plans and manage defects to resolution.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and support CRPs, integration, regression/volume, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collect, cleanse and or reconcile huge sets of data for conversion and for troubleshooting daily custom interfaces.
  • Produce documentation and execute end user training.
  • Lead the hands-on development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions.
  • Design, develop and test reports using OTBI, Splash and other reporting tools.
  • Support sales tax and VAT calculation and related reporting.
  • Manage resolution of UAT incidents/problems including liaising with and providing impact analysis to end-users and coordinating with Offshore support team as necessary.
  • Drive critical discussions on system issues, resolution, functional process changes etc. with business counterparts.
Requirements:
  • BS in Accounting/Finance or Computer Science.
  • 15+ years prior experience with Oracle ERP Financials and 3+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations is required.
  • Experienced in Support Life Cycle, SLA management, and working with Oracle support group.
  • Configuration, extension, and support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (GL, AP, AR, AHCS) and Oracle Cloud EPM (ARC, EDM) required.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and team collaboration skills. Some project management required.
  • Experienced in managing support incidents and enhancement requests using ticketing systems such as Jira and Zendesk required.
  • Expert level skills on excel and working with big data a must. Hands on experience on SQL/Toad required. Knowledge of Databricks a plus.
  • Strong background in financial concepts and accounting practices a must.
  • Configuration and support experience in Apex Analytics or similar supplier portal a plus.
  • Configuration and support experience in Vertex-On-Demand a plus.
  • Expert level in report building using Oracle tools required. SAP Business Objects, Splash BI, Tableau, Domo or Cognos a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • A self-starter and a complete finisher – can start and run complex work to a conclusion with limited assistance.
  • SOX IT experience in public company required.
  • Professional certificate in Oracle Cloud application portfolio a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud specifically Incentive Compensation and other Oracle EPM modules a plus.
