Global leader in residential real estate is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Specialist to assist with various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling mail, processing documents, managing employee records, and providing support to HR and management teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Contract Duration: 5 Months



Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous HR experience required.
  • Previously experience with HCM platform, specifically Oracle, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.



What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Mail scanning and sorting
  • Manage and execute large-scale document uploading projects
  • Adjust accruals for rehired employees based on access permissions
  • Process requests for new locations and organizational changes
  • Handle and process unemployment claims
  • Upload garnishment orders to the appropriate systems
  • Respond to payroll, timecard, and policy-related inquiries
  • Conduct employment verifications as needed
  • Provide administrative support for workforce reduction processes
  • Assist managers and HR Business Partners process employment transactions in Oracle HCM platform
  • Support the creation, auditing, and tracking of change statements for transformation projects
  • Assist employees with processing updates to personal information
  • Assist with finance requests related to new payroll state setups and state checks
