A global IT services and consulting group is looking to add a bilingual Implementation Manager to their team. In this role you’ll work with the trusted advisor team to ensure that customer needs are met throughout the implementation process. You’ll take a collaborative approach to ensure that customers optimize their use of platforms and provide continued support throughout the implementation process.
You will be responsible for managing small teams through large and complex projects to meet strategic objectives. You will assign new projects to team members, provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, and much more. Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in implementing and integrating software solutions
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing small teams
- Prior experience mentoring junior staff
- Training and experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Bonus eligible
