Required Skills & Experience
  • College degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in maintenance of corporate records for a large financial institution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • iManage experience.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as Project Manager for paralegal team as the team supports a year and review/remediation of corporate records for more than 50 entities, including broker-dealer entity.
  • Provide interim overflow support of paralegal team in management of entities, including coordinating with lead remediation attorney, legal entity attorneys.
