Required Skills & Experience
- College degree.
- 7+ years of experience in maintenance of corporate records for a large financial institution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- iManage experience.
- Serve as Project Manager for paralegal team as the team supports a year and review/remediation of corporate records for more than 50 entities, including broker-dealer entity.
- Provide interim overflow support of paralegal team in management of entities, including coordinating with lead remediation attorney, legal entity attorneys.
