Required Skills & Experience
  • 4 to 8 years as a PMO/PM with a solid grounding in project management and business analysis principles with significant stakeholder engagement experience across both Technology and Business.
  • PMO/PM with project management/transformation/change management experience to assist with the day to day operations of the Central PMO for the FRTB Program.
  • FRTB experience.
  • Strong business analysis/consulting skills.
  • Experience working as a Project Manager in the regulatory space - typical PMO function: maintain SharePoint, update logs, drive projects, able to run workstreams, work with different business lines.
  • Skilled in Automation tactics.
  • Experience with governance processes.
  • Experience working on Central PMO.
  • Ability to lean complex technical topics and seamlessly communicate them to non-technical colleagues to drive delivery and risk and issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce procedural documentation and communicate with senior management.
  • Project management experience in major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms).
  • Ability to put together reporting and high-quality presentations for Senior Management.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Project plan management.
  • RAID management.
  • Jira/defect management, monitoring and reporting for Senior Stakeholders.
  • Create presentations for all for all FRTB Governance bodies.
  • Responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects in line with overall Markets Program Execution & Transformation book of work.
  • Support the Program Management Team, working with the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense, to drive the implementation of FRTB.
  • Liaise and clearly communicate with external parties, including regulators as appropriate.
  • Develop and deliver presentations covering project/program status, resourcing and plans to Markets Program Execution and COO management.
