In this role as a Deployment Project Manager, you will be responsible for the post-sales deployment and implementation of workplace software solutions. This position involves preparing for and leading kickoff calls, managing deployment projects, and working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments. You will advocate for users, gather feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's user-centric solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a client-facing role, ideally in customer success
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with large, global, and complex organizations
  • Proficiency with technical products
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • History of success in consulting, pre-sales, or technical account management
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing large projects
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and work independently
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, G-Suite, Pipedrive (CRM), Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Lead post-sale processes from kickoff to successful deployment and beyond
  • Act as a customer advocate, sharing feedback with product, engineering, and support teams
  • Drive overall account health to maximize product adoption, growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage new customer deployments, coordinating internal resources and ensuring timely delivery
  • Oversee the deployment queue, ensuring smooth handling of hardware orders and training
  • Monitor and assist with customer support, escalating issues as needed
  • Create and manage dashboards to track and improve key performance indicators
