NYC only / Must have AWS or GCP experience / Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

A financial startup in Manhattan that allows renters to earn rewards is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join their team. This role reports directly to their CISO, and will be helping build out their security environment. 

You'd be tasked with assessing the engineering environment, and helping to determine what engineering projects would best help secure it. We're looking for a generalist, someone who has touched cloud security, incident response, and application security. 

This role would have a lot of autonomy, and is looking for someone who is excited to help a smaller security program grow. Thanks for applying!

Requirements: 

• 4+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience
• Experience working in AWS or GCP environments
• Experience with incident response processes and playbooks
• Experience in application security scanning tools
• Ability to commute into Manhattan (Noho) 4x a week
