In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales operations to support business development efforts. You will lead opportunity development meetings, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and contribute as a business analyst consultant on client projects. Additionally, you will oversee sales enablement tools, including CRM and marketing automation systems, and ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies. Your efforts will be critical in turning leads into successfully closed client engagements, supporting the firm’s continued growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in consulting or a professional services business development environment.
  • Strong command of sales operations and business development processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot, including all its functions.
  • Familiarity with Reveal, Crossbeam, Demandbase, or equivalent sales intelligence tools.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills.
  • Strategic thinker with curiosity and passion for driving growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and independently manage opportunity development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain the sales pipeline with regular updates and timely opportunity management reporting.
  • Contribute as a business analyst consultant on client projects where applicable.
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement tools, including CRM, social media, ABM/Sales Intelligence, and marketing automation systems.
  • Drive leads to proposal stages and develop buy-in for new client engagements.
  • Maintain and update the target account list, track sales metrics, and present insights through HubSpot dashboards.
  • Organize knowledge management systems, ensuring easy access to historical data.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align editorial calendars and execute business development communications.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, and coordinate with internal teams for successful opportunity development.
  • Support partner enablement activities, including certifications, case studies, and partner events.
  • Develop strong relationships with account leads, maintain account plans, and manage mini pipelines for key accounts.
  • Manage RFP processes, coordinate internal reviews, and ensure timely completion of proposals.
  • Contribute to client projects to enhance business development credibility.
