What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing enterprise integration programs consisting of multiple integration projects.
- Develops program strategy, supporting business case and project plans.
- Responsible for delivering important integration projects on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
- Adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as necessary, based upon the needs of the business.
- Communicates with senior leadership to communicate program strategy, direction and changes.
- Maintains the efficiency of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment. Identifies and mitigates potential risks.
- Monitors, measures and reports on project status to leadership.
- Manage multiple simultaneous cross functional teams and projects across various sites & geographical locations to gather product requirements, define key tasks, track project deliverables, dependencies, and milestones throughout the complete project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and project management plans, taking into account all dependencies and constraints.
- Manage change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.
- Capture program status and data by ensuring the population of the program management information system in order to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to streamline or make existing processes more efficient.
