Infrastructure Manager/Hands-On

A Greater Philadelphia-based provider of IT services is growing its workforce and is looking to add a Manager of IT. Since this is a smaller IT team, they require a somebody with a great deal of practical expertise who has also expanded IT teams and developed IT roadmaps and plans. You will be involved with all infrastructure-related duties, such as those pertaining to servers, networks, and security. You will work with developers and data scientists on strategy as well. Although the ideal candidate won't be afraid to get their hands dirty with technology, they must have strong managerial experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ Years’ Infrastructure Experience
• 5+ Years’ Management Experience
• Strong Strategic Planning Experience
• Experience Creating Technology Road Maps
• Strong Microsoft Knowledge, Servers, Cloud, O365, AD
• Cisco Networking Knowledge
• Security Exposure, securing servers, risk assessments
• Project Management Skills
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skill
