Remote Service Desk Technician

A food distribution company with locations around the US is currently looking for a Service Desk Technician to add to add to their growing team. This individual will be focused on taking inbound calls from their customers who are having technical issues with the companys internal proprietary systems. An ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, prior call center experience and some technical aptitude.
Contract Duration: 6-12 months
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years of technical support/customer service experience
  • Prior experience talking customer support calls
  • Ability to relay highly technical information to less technical individuals
  • Experience adapting in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Prior expeirence working with a ticketing system and documenting interactions
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of tools
