DevOps Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven record of up-time and understanding HA, SLA management, and Change Control workflows
• Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm
• Configuration Management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Vagrant)
• Proficiency with CI/CD platforms, particularly Jenkins
• Familiarity with building installation packages, Docker containers & registries

Desired Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Sumologic, DynamoDB, and messaging platforms
• Hacker mentality with a deep understanding of underlying systems

What You Will Be Doing

• 50% Hands On
• 30% Management Duties
• 20% Team Collaboration
• Identify opportunities to automate systems and processes
• Lead a team of 3 DevOps Engineers
• Own and drive improvements within CI/CD, Configuration management, AWS infrastructure, security scanning, cost management, logging and monitoring
