A leading energy management company in New Hampshire is looking for talented business analysts with experience working in the regulatory compliance space. This company provides global solutions in energy and commodities markets covering energy trading, capital management, and risk solutions.
In this role, you will be delivering technical solutions that are in adherence to Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and other trade limit regulations. You will work in tandem with compliance and IT teams to establish processes that monitor and report on compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated background in technology – especially having a focus on compliance and regulatory reporting
- Working experience with EMIR, Dodd-Frank, EFET, KYC, and trade limits
- Familiarity and experience with data reporting tools and database management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work on multiple assignments and projects at once
- Clear and effective communication skills and ability to interface with executive leadership on technical and non-technical initiatives
- Ability to solve problems independently and explain solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A programming and software development background is a plus
- Develop and deliver technology solutions to improve visibility into compliance with financial regulations specifically regarding Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and EFET
- Work together with compliance and IT departments to identify avenues for system and process enhancements with a focus on regulatory requirements
- Automate reporting systems for compliance monitoring
- Serve as a SME on the compliance space and provide technical support to partner teams when appropriate
