A financial company is looking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst to support and maintain their Windows environment. You will be supporting around 300 end users and ensuring tickets are resolved and support executed. You will be doing desktop imaging, Microsoft support, AV set ups, and heavy troubleshooting.
This role will interface with entry level staff to executives so they need someone with expert communication skills. This is a highly regulated environment so proper documentation and attention to detail is a mush.

- 2+ years Desktop Support Experience
- Windows Desktop 10, 11
- Desktop Packaging & Deployments using SCCM
- Active Directory, Add/Remove Users
- Mobile Device Management, MobileIron
- Excellent Communication & Documentation Experience
- Ticket Escalation Experience
- AV Support Experience
- Executive Support Experience
- Experience with Dell hardware
- Microsoft Certifications
