IT SOX Auditor / Princeton, NJ

This massive global investment banking firm is looking for a Senior SOX Analyst that has an extensive background in governance, risk, and compliance. This company is seeking someone to play an active role in all phases of the IT SOX assurance and testing cycle, while supporting business teams in the streamlining of their financial reporting control setting.

Ideal candidates for this role will have a strong GRC background with an emphasis on SOX. This person should be able to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and interact with clients often. This candidate will be conducting multiple audits and doing internal and external team work. 2-4years of experience in IT auditing is required, and CISSP/CPA/CISA certifications are a plus. Additionally candidates must be local to Princeton, NJ and be comfortable going onsite Mon-Fri each week.


Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years’ experience in IT auditing
• Audit experience within public accounting and/or internal audit/internal control experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in an IT or business-related field of concentration (e.g. business administration, accounting) or equivalent combination of training and experience
