Sr ML Engineer (LLM, NLP, GenAI)

An international biotech company is looking for a fulltime Sr Machine Learning Engineer to join their growing team. This company, located in Princeton, NJ is devoted to making patients’ lives better by developing antibody therapies for the treatment of cancer.

In this role, you will help to drive AI initiatives, contribute to innovative projects, and shape the future of their AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, with specific expertise in developing, training, and deploying large-scale language models and generative systems. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a focus on large language models and generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and algorithms.
• Versioning control tools, Git, Gitlab, CICD tools, Dockers and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in a production environment with LLMs capability.

Desired Skills & Experience

• PhD in a related field is a plus.
• Publications in top AI/ML conferences or journals.
