Our client is looking for a Network/Telecom Specialist / NG911 Administrative Specialist for a 7-month contract in Raleigh, NC 27609.

Contract Duration: 7 Months
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience and understanding of technologies, operating systems, and networking.
  • Knowledge and 3 experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • 3 years of experience and self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to handle multiple support cases.
  • 3 years of experience and writing skills to maintain organized documentation.
  • 3 years of experience in customer-oriented, and capable of providing high levels of client satisfaction.
  • 3 years of experience in collaborating and working well with others and supporting a team, Experience with VOIP technologies.
  • 3 years of experience and skills in time and calendar management for team and leadership.
  • 3 years and knowledge of network cabling, network classification and network topology.
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
  • Network Monitoring and Assistance Operations Center (NMAC) monitors the AT&T Esinet (Emergency Services Internet Network).
