Business Analyst - REMOTE

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst for a remote, contract opportunity (must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time).

The IT End User Services organization is embarking on a new initiative called Endpoint Device Lifecycle Management (EDLM). This project will migrate the Deployment, Collection, and Disposal of our IT Endpoint assets to a global third-party vendor. The IT Process Analyst role will be responsible for working with the various stakeholders on the project team to review and modify existing processes to meet the new requirements related to the project. Once the processes have been reviewed and updated, the analyst will convert the new processes into knowledge articles and training materials.

Contract Duration: 10 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• ITIL Process Knowledge: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement, Incident Management, Request Management, Configuration Management
• ServiceNow - approx. 5 years
• Proficient in process flow diagrams, preferably using Visio or BlueWorks Live
• Master in written communication
• Technical writing skills
• Adept at remote work with global resources
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Experience with Office M365 applications
• Excellent attention to detail

• Meet with company and vendor team members to review current process.
• Capture and incorporate new requirements into process flow diagrams.
• Convert process flow diagrams into knowledge articles and training materials.
• Participate in IT Endpoint Support and IT Asset Management training.
