Our large crypto company is looking for a Community Manager. This is a fully remote role.

Contract Duration: 5-Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in community management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and manage content across various platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with our client Wallet and other cryptocurrency wallets is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities

Community Engagement:
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase the adoption and usage of our client Wallet.
  • Monitor and participate in community discussions across various platforms, including social media, forums, and online groups.
  • Organize and host community events, webinars, and AMA sessions to foster engagement and provide support.
  • Gather feedback from the community to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

Creator Partnerships:
  • Identify and establish partnerships with creators, influencers, and thought leaders in the crypto and blockchain space.
  • Collaborate with creators to produce high-quality content that promotes our client Wallet and educates users on its features and benefits.
  • Manage creator relationships, ensuring timely communication and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Track and analyze the performance of creator campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation:
  • Develop and curate engaging content for the community, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and tutorials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all content.
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize content strategies and maximize reach and engagement.

Customer Support:
  • Provide support to community members, addressing their questions and concerns about our client Wallet.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless experience for users.
  • Identify common issues and collaborate with the product team to develop solutions.
