Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in community management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and manage content across various platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with our client Wallet and other cryptocurrency wallets is a plus.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Community Engagement:
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase the adoption and usage of our client Wallet.
- Monitor and participate in community discussions across various platforms, including social media, forums, and online groups.
- Organize and host community events, webinars, and AMA sessions to foster engagement and provide support.
- Gather feedback from the community to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
Creator Partnerships:
- Identify and establish partnerships with creators, influencers, and thought leaders in the crypto and blockchain space.
- Collaborate with creators to produce high-quality content that promotes our client Wallet and educates users on its features and benefits.
- Manage creator relationships, ensuring timely communication and alignment with marketing goals.
- Track and analyze the performance of creator campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation:
- Develop and curate engaging content for the community, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and tutorials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all content.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize content strategies and maximize reach and engagement.
Customer Support:
- Provide support to community members, addressing their questions and concerns about our client Wallet.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless experience for users.
- Identify common issues and collaborate with the product team to develop solutions.
