Grow your career as a Capacity & Resource Lead with an innovative global bank. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will be part of the Enterprise Workforce Management team and will be responsible for designing and implementing the approach, processes, and governance of transformation around how the company manages demand and supply, capacity planning and resource management. Will be responsible for embedding the demand, capacity and resource management processes across the organization and championing change efforts across key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and the business. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s/University degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in field of Resource Management, HR, Talent, Finance, or Strategy.
  • Big banks or Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in the Workforce Planning discipline.
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, analytics, and business operations.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare executive level reports and insights.
  • Experience in driving end to end design and change management in a regulated large organization.
  • Hands on experience in writing and managing procedures and standards.
  • Proven capability to develop, innovate, adapt process transformation approaches and methods, influence, and lead to execute process change which brings higher business value.
  • Strong strategy execution experience with attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture.
  • Ability to deliver results and on-time delivery of work.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Master’s degree.
  • Bilingual fluency in another language
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead the design and implementation of the Demand, Capacity and Resources planning area. This includes development and implementation of the roadmap, processes, tools, controls, technology business requirements and change management to drive standardization, sustainability of the company headcount management in alignment with financial planning processes.
  • Ensure that business units across the company can identify their work demand, understand the drivers, and assess their capacity needs and gaps.
  • Lead the refreshing of standards and procedures.
  • Communicate corporate standards and partner with and influence business/function stakeholders to drive alignment across the firm of the forecasting and headcount planning process.
  • Partner with the Workforce Management Strategy & Programs team in the onboarding and enablement of technology for resource tracking including designing the operating model and change management framework.
  • Partner closely with People Insights, Workforce Management Solutions, Workforce Management Partner Engagement & Adoption, Finance and Skills Planning Teams to align on solutions that integrate the work across the company.
  • Facilitate the transition of the firm to the future-state Resource Management tooling, including the position management.
  • Contribute to the on-time delivery of regulatory commitments regarding resource management.
