Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • High School diploma.
  • 2 to 4 years of Payroll experience in a large enterprise corporation.
  • Must have strong knowledge of payroll processes (e.g., reviewing paychecks, earnings, deductions, taxes, etc.)
  • Experience with Workday for Payroll.
  • Experience using ServiceNow for case management.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel.
  • Ability to run reports & export data from both Workday & Service Now to Excel for calculations & reporting.
  • Understanding of changes & processes related to reorg/RIF/org structures.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Support assigned system and process transactions for monthly payrolls and follow established process flows developed for all job transactions.
  • Process assigned tickets meeting the Service Level Agreement requirements.
  • Work within established deadlines and schedules.
  • Work with other team members on established projects and initiatives.
  • Perform more complex tasks in support of the team manager and area projects as assigned.
  • Prepare manual pay calculations and reworks.
  • Resolve and respond directly to employee inquiries and transactions regarding pay and benefits.
  • Review work of more junior payroll specialists.
  • Coach and train more junior payroll specialists.
  • Authorize payments via banking payment systems.
  • Work under little to no direct supervision and supports an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services.
