Our client, an enterprise leader in security, is looking to hire a Software QA Architect, to drive modernization and innovation in their IT department.

As the QA Architect, you will collaborate with global software quality assurance teams to streamline testing across the enterprise, determining best practices and processes, as well as automation frameworks and tools for the group. You will work cross-functionally with development and product teams to design and implement testing strategy and methodologies into architectural and design plans.

The ideal candidate has experience transforming quality assurance practices at scale, preferably in an enterprise ecosystem. While this is more of a strategic/architectural position, having experience with multiple automation frameworks, tools, and languages will help you stand out.

This position is hybrid (3x day/week) in Tempe, AZ. Interested candidates must live in the Greater Phoenix Area, or have a desire to relocate once accepting. There is no relocation assistance at this time.


Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing
  • Deep understanding of Software QA methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Experience in multiple automation languages, frameworks, and tool kits
  • Enterprise-scale experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • Previous experience transforming QA departments and educating teams on software quality assurance best practices and processes
  • Experience working with global QA teams
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with architects, developers, testers, and product teams to bring quality assurance testing into the architectural and design plans for high transaction, large scale applications.
  • Improve and implement software quality assurance best practices and processes to the company, continuously innovating the testing environments.
  • Partner with global QA teams to adopt new automation frameworks and tools that will streamline testing across the enterprise.
