MSP Support Engineer
A IT services company seeks a full-time Support Engineer to join their team in Washington, PA. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support within a Windows environment, encompassing M365, Active Directory, Azure, working with routers/switches, and some firewall work.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience and thrive in versatile, "jack-of-all-trades" positions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in supporting Windows desktops and servers
- Proficiency in the M365 suite
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Previous exposure to Azure cloud services
- Experience with routers/switches
- Experience with firewalls
Responsibilities: Tech Breakdown:
- 80% Windows Support
- 20% Networking Support
Daily Responsibilities:
- 50% Hands-On Support
- 50% Project Work
