Senior Hardware Engineer / Rapidly Growing Company / Hybrid in Willowbrook

The global leader and innovator in battery management solutions is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join the team. They’re adding to their platform team that will report into their Willowbrook, Illinois office on a hybrid basis. This team is responsible for building battery and electrical test equipment platforms, and this hire will be joining them to work end to end in performing new platform design and development, through to maintaining the product.

• BS in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 5+ years of relevant experience working as a Hardware Engineer
• Experience with hardware design of products, product development and product maintenance
• Experience working in a team and collaborating cross team
• Excitement for the future and working with a growing team

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with industrial or commercial devices is a significant plus
• MBA is a bonus

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

• 60-80% Development
• 20-40% Maintenance and troubleshooting
