Sr System Admin

A Senior System Administrator is needed to join a vibrant project team at a successful local IT Managed Service Provider that is headquartered in South Jersey. This MSP prides themselves on providing outstanding customer service, this position is an exciting chance to help small to mid-size clients both on-site and remotely.

You will collaborate with clients on delivery projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementations. The best applicants will be proficient in Microsoft technologies, be knowledgeable about networks, and have had some experience with cloud computing platforms like Azure and AWS.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and supporting Windows on prem and cloud servers
• Strong grasp of Cisco Network technologies
• Experience with M365 technologies, O365, EntraID, Intune
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery planning
• Demonstrated ability in deploying and configuring systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Previous customer service experience with a client-facing role

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with firewalls such as FirePower, Fortinet, or SonicWall
• Cisco or Microsoft certifications
