Key Responsibilities:
- Azure Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure components including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and Azure Active Directory.
- Cloud Architecture Design: Collaborate with architects and other team members to design scalable and resilient cloud architectures based on Azure best practices and industry standards.
- Automation and Orchestration: Develop automation scripts and templates using PowerShell, ARM templates, or other relevant tools to automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of Azure resources.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and compliance controls in Azure environments to safeguard data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve the performance and efficiency of Azure infrastructure components.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure cloud solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Security.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, ARM templates, Azure CLI, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Security Center.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Other relevant Azure certifications
