Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 3-month contract in Akron, OH 44320.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Imaging using SCCM and Autopilot process is a plus.
- A+ Certification is a plus
- Unbox the device (laptop)
- Power up, install Windows updates and drivers, install any required applications
- Install, move, add and change (“IMAC”) the device in ServiceNow.
- Re-box the devices
- Create shipping labels and fix to box
- Ship the devices to end-user
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
