Technical Business Analyst - (Remote)

Client has emphasized the importance of the following:

• Candidates will require either experience with Cyber Security or Infrastructure/Windows 11.
• Must have Azure DevOps (ADO) experience,
• Must be able to create and maintain User Stories (technical and functional)
• Must be able to take the requirements they define and translate them into acceptance criteria in User Stories
• Help test team translate acceptance criteria into test

Our client has an opening for a Technical BA in the IVR/Web area.

Level of Experience

• Senior level
• Utilities experience is a bonus but not required

Scope of Work
This is a 12 month position to define requirements for technical and functional system needs, integrations, translate into user stories and support testing as needed.
Hybrid - BA/Product Analyst/Agile/Waterfall

• Leads/Facilitates meetings with Technical, Business, Design, Dev Team, and other events as needed.
• Support the product managers in collaborating with cross functional teams and leadership, to ensure team strategy aligns with overall product vision
• Interacts with internal clients to understand business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
• Supports documentation of business processes – AS IS/ TO BE STATE.
• Supports team with application and interface mapping
• Supports team with testing activities
• Supports testing activities prior to release, assuring we built what aligns to agreed features and capabilities
• Assists in setting, gathering, and tracking performance metrics for team
• Assists in training documentation and supporting product details for the business

Agile Framework

• Develops, refines, and documents requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria for prioritized feature development
• Collaborates with Design Team in the Discover Phase of Agile Playbook related to user requirement activities
• Supports MVP selection, assisting the Product Manager with identifying epics and features
• Perform necessary backlog maintenance, such as identifying stories and define them for ready for work

• Supports Product Manager in prioritizing work, signing off user stories aligned with definition of done
