System Administrator

A growing MSP in the area is looking to hire a System Administrator to join their team of IT Specialists. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT support experience. The ideal candidate will have past MSP experience. 

Your daily duties will include performing a variety of IT tasks for our highly valued clients on-site at their offices. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining servers, firewalls, switches, Office 365, Exchange, PCs, Macs, and printers. You will also be asked to work on various IT-related systems and software, such as phones, modems, and displays. The ability to learn and adapt quickly is a must; you need to be able to think on your feet and work independently.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of IT support experience

• Experience working for an MSP

• Familiarity with AWS or Azure

• Knowledge of RMM and PSA software is a plus

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, switches, etc.)

• Supporting Office 365, Exchange, PCs, Macs, and printers

• Working on various IT-related systems (phones, modems, displays, etc.)

• Providing on-site support to clients

• Learning and adapting to new technologies quickly
