Software Support Engineer

This client provides IoT-enabled technology that enhances efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and connectivity to businesses. This technology can optimize engineering costs and time, maintenance costs, and carbon footprints.

Their DevSecOps Team focuses on operation automatization, technical operation, and infrastructure management of the IoT and Digital sector. The Customers Success Unit (CSU) within this sector provides internal and external customer support using the internal IoT platform and collaborates with the development team for complex troubleshooting and product updates. The CSU is hiring for a Software Support Engineer that can provide excellent software and cloud support for their customers. Candidates should have previous software/cloud support experience as well as experience working in a customer facing role. This is a hybrid, long term contract position.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Software/Cloud Support experience 
• Azure experience (AWS or GCP experience work as well)
• Internet of Things Experience
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with ITIL framework
• Experience with knowledge base management
