What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including patching and maintenance, to ensure optimal infrastructure performance.
- Address escalated issues and monitor key performance indicators to maintain a resilient and stable infrastructure.
- Drive initiatives to automate processes and modernize infrastructure, embracing the latest technological advancements.
- Develop programs that align with industry security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to safeguard systems against security risks.
- Oversee on-call support and emergency response to always ensure system reliability and security.
- Maintain high availability, redundancy, backups, and performance across all environments.
- Implement essential processes for seamless IT operations and uphold stringent security standards.
- Set priorities, resolve conflicts, and make key decisions to drive IT maturity.
- Create reports to support management in understanding staffing needs, infrastructure performance, and resource alignment.
- Define and pursue actionable goals to enhance infrastructure and security practices.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure management and security.
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting IT systems and managing project completion.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and security frameworks.
- Ability to travel to our data center and office locations as needed.
- Strong communication, organizational, and task management abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in vendor management and budget oversight.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team development.
- Proactive commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
