Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or telecommunications
- 3+ years of managing Fortinet, Palo Alto, and/pr Cisco enterprise firewalls
- Hands-on experience with routers, switchers, VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation
- Knowledge of networking protocol like TCP/IP, CCNA, CCNP
- Strong troubleshooting skills for networks, servers, and other systems
- Experience with VMware and Linux administration
- Familiarity with system administration for Windows and Linuz servers
- Understanding of SNMP and log-based monitoring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 operations environment
- Experience with trouble ticketing systems and customer service
