This company is currently seeking a Senior SailPoint IIQ Solutions Architect to design and deliver end-to-end account management and identity synchronization solutions for our expanding customer base. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of identity management deployments, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, go-live, and transition to ongoing support.
The company is located in Washington D.C. and will be a hybrid model of 2-3 days on site a week.

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of identity management deployments, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, go-live, and transition to ongoing support.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Design and define business, functional, and application architectures based on business requirements.
- Architect identity management solutions using best practices and proven methodologies.
- Install, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ in accordance with business and technical requirements within an Azure environment.
- Develop customer-facing documentation, including architectural designs, requirements, and test plans.
- Provide Tier III engineering support as needed.
- Create customer-driven workflows and interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and reusable code.
- Oversee the solution lifecycle, from design through deployment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document and analyze requirements, design solutions, develop, test, and deploy to production.
- Ensure thorough documentation to allow seamless integration by stakeholders and developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout development and production phases.
- Ensure high-quality standards for developed code.
- Focus on process improvements, aiming to automate manual tasks.
- Contribute to the IGA team's roadmap development.
- Participate in code reviews, integration, and deployment activities.
- Over 6 years of experience in deploying and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ, with proven expertise across a wide range of technologies, including multi-tier architecture, databases, and LDAP, to deliver complex solutions.
- Subject matter expert in core SailPoint IGA capabilities: Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Identity Governance, and Access Certification.
- Development experience in Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and various integration methods such as LDAP, JDBC, and flat file.
- Strong scripting skills.
- Proficient with one or more databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, and MySQL.
- Advanced collaboration skills with the ability to lead team-oriented projects independently, providing guidance across all situations.
- In-depth knowledge of security issues related to Identity Access Management, with experience implementing security systems and controls. Comprehensive understanding of security components, principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience deploying infrastructure in Azure environments.
- Knowledge of CyberArk/PAM integration.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
- Experience with Linux/RedHat.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
