Innovating the realm of defense acquisition, the company is a Defense software business based out of Arlington, VA. The current project focuses on developing an AI application that is bolstering the effectiveness and overall speed on federal production capacity. They are seeking Director and Vice President level candidates to enhance their growing sales team and generate a wider foothold in the federal space and cement themselves in defense acquisition products

A record and recent experience of DoD sales is a must and will grant an applicant serious consideration. SaaS experience and a drive to immerse yourself in the DoD sphere is another driving factor in finding the ideal individual for the role. This is a direct contributor position with travel expectations taking up 50% of the workweek depending on client needs, while being 100% on-site at their Rosslyn office. The role has 10% uncapped commission on sales along with quarterly bonusses.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 plus years of technical sales (primarily SaaS) experience
  • Track record of developing new accounts
  • Means to work in a high-intensity environment with ability to communicate clearly
  • Direct DoD sales experience
  • Willingness to work fully onsite and travel
