This leading manufacturing company is hiring for a Global IT Director to join their team. This is a full time, onsite position in Athol Massachusetts (open to remote candidates in the New England area). Salary for this role is $200k - $300k base with benefits as well.
They are seeking a skilled and experienced director who can execute on multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goal. You will oversee the structure and direction of the IT department, focusing on optimizing technology to ensure the delivery of dependable, high-performance IT systems and infrastructure for their global manufacturing and distribution operations while financially staying on track. Additionally, you will work on enhancing collaboration among internal and external stakeholders and fostering a cooperative environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior management position in IT
- Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Master’s Degree in IT or relevant field
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Experience in manufacturing sector
- Burning desire to learn, understand the business, products and market that they serve
- Proficient in several languages
