Contract Duration: 5 Months
Required Skills & Experience Budget Management:
  • Maintain the Retail Marketing Operations budget in collaboration with stakeholders and in accordance to the approved budget.
  • Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Prepare and provide regular updates on budget performance and variance analysis.
Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and professionally.
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge and applicable experience in Project Management
  • Proven experience in budget management and project coordination.
  • At least 3 years working in a B2B project management environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related technologies.
  • Experience with B2B marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
