Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer and Trainer for a remote contract opportunity.
The Designer and Trainer will plan, design, develop, and assess learning resources, training programs, and communication strategies to support organizational change and data governance. Utilizing a variety of multimedia tools, including video, web-based training, and document design software, this position will create resources suitable for online, hybrid, and in-person formats. Regular interaction with faculty, staff, and IT stakeholders will ensure that change management and data governance objectives are met effectively and collaboratively. This position is 100% remote.
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong background (4-6 years) in organizational change management and/or data governance in a tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency in creating engaging, interactive training modules and resources using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond. Ability to design instructional content for diverse formats (online, hybrid, and in-person).
- Advanced skills in multimedia development (e.g., video, web content, interactive modules). Experience in creating web-based knowledge articles, job aids, video demonstrations, and slide presentations tailored to different learning styles.
