Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field (Sourcing and/or Technical Recruiting). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field. - these are minimum requirements. The manager does not have a max number of years.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting advanced boolean search strings)
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM’s - Beamery and Workday
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative and complex sourcing solutions to help the customer achieve hiring objectives.
- Experience leveraging data analysis to drive business decisions, and presenting data findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, tailored to different audiences.
- Experience hiring within Cybersecurity.
- Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests for successful completion.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Sound business acumen

- Strong research and candidate generation skills
- Knowledge of current and emerging direct sourcing tools and techniques
- Strong understanding of social media and how to effectively leverage it for candidate identification.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ability to navigate sensitive matters professionally.
- AIRS certifications
- Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
- Develop, execute, and monitor candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines, and the latest tools, as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates that lead to hires.
- Build and manage talent pipelines within the CRM (Beamery) to enhance bench strength in critical need areas for current and future roles.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Branding, Events, Recruiters, and/or Hiring Managers on a regular basis to collaborate on optimum approaches to strengthen the candidate pool, including ongoing recruiting strategies and diversity initiatives.
- Act as a SME for sourcing and partner to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solutions.
- Utilizes Data for reporting and influencing hiring decisions, while maintaining data integrity
- Clearly articulate and promote the Cox brand online and offline through candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks, etc.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing.
- Develop, track, and analyze all sourcing/attraction programs to optimize investments and efforts.
