Backend Developer / Java / SaaS

We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer to enhance the security of our core product applications through advanced security design, code review, testing, and implementation. In this position you will evaluate existing security protocols, develop custom tools to improve controls, and work closely with product teams to improve their security knowledge and practices.

Required Skills and Experience 

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in IT, computer science, or equal experience.
• 5-10 years or more of experience in application development and security.
• Knowledge of multiple languages including but not limited to Java, JavaScript, Go, and Python.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with mobile payment solutions.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
