Daily Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, phones, and printers, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Use ticketing software to track support needs and communicate updates to users about ongoing issues.
  • Set up and decommission PCs and peripherals, assist in IT projects, and help train associates as needed.
